A man and woman from Georgia (USA) were given 13 and 6 years in jail respectively today for shouting racial slurs and pointing a gun in the general direction of a Black backyard party. The testimonies of several "victims" were inconsistent with one another, but that did not stop a county judge for over-stepping his legal reach. This judge has an upcoming election in this county which is about 50% Black, so this verdict will essentially shoehorn him into office for another term...
