Who is fighting the "hate" crimes laws? It's conservatives so what did this story achieve? Conservatives are now supporting hate crimes laws! All on the theory that if you're going to charge us with hate crimes, we'll charge you with hate crimes too! Idiots! Conservatives are such reactionaries they fall for this trick everytime!
I tell you what I think happened. I think the little bitch on the left is a snitch. I think she got in trouble and the Chicago police and Rahm Emanuel gave her an out if she would just do this one thing... Help us get conservatives to like "hate crime laws"
She KNEW filming that would get them busted. She had people telling her on Facebook while she was filming it that she was going to jail! Go back and watch the video. She knew exactly what she was doing!
NOBODY especially black people should be supporting any hate crime laws! They have ONE purpose and that is to SHUT DOWN FREE SPEECH!
There was NO need to charge them with a hate crime! Kidnapping is a federal offense. It carries a long sentence and there's NO parole in federal prison! They could have piled on decades on other charges.
This story smells to high Hell and I think we need smarter citizens to fight back! NEVER trust the government ever! Take power away from them, not give them more should be the rule!
