Exercise Polaris drill ran on April 2nd to April 4th WHO

 Exercise Polaris was a pandemic planning exercise held by the WHO 2-4 April 2025. According to itself, it marked "a turning point in global pandemic readiness".[1]

The first coronavirus drill was CladeX on May 15 2018. That was 666 days before the WHO declared a pandemic.
