Parashat Bereshit is the 1st weekly Torah portion in the annual Jewish cycle of Torah reading.
Torah Portion: Genesis 1:1-6:8
Bereshit (“In the Beginning”) is the first parashah in the annual Torah reading cycle, which restarts at the beginning of the book of Genesis. The reading begins with God’s creation of the world. The first people, Adam and Eve, eat from the Tree of Knowledge and are then banished from the Garden of Eden. Their elder son, Cain, kills their younger son, Abel, and Cain is destined to a life of wandering.

Not many people can claim to be the G.O.A.T., but those who can are the Greatest Of All Time in their field. Most often, the acronym G.O.A.T. praises exceptional athletes but also musicians and other public figures.

Simon gives an in-depth discussion of World War III prophecies, biblical prophecy, religious numerology, and what he believes may be approaching humanity. He explains that his research began after discovering material connecting Jewish religious traditions with long-term historical cycles.
• Roche focuses on a 7,000-year cycle of human history, which he says is derived from interpretations of the Bible and Jewish traditions. He connects this concept to Ecclesiastes Chapter 3 and its famous description of different “times” and “seasons.”
• According to Roche's interpretation, the first 6,000 years are divided into 28 approximately 214-year periods, while the final periods involve a “time of war” and a “time of peace.” He argues that humanity is currently approaching the end of the supposed time of war.
• A major theme is the Third Temple in Jerusalem. Roche claims that preparations for its construction are far more advanced than many people realize, including religious preparations and the availability of objects and materials he says are required for the temple.
• He discusses the red heifer ceremony, describing red heifers brought from Texas to Israel and the preparation of their ashes. Roche sees this as an important development in the religious preparations connected with the Third Temple.
• Roche also connects Mount Hermon, the Nephilim, and ancient biblical traditions to his interpretation of coming events. He describes Mount Hermon as having particular significance within the belief system he is investigating.
• He then turns to recent geopolitical events, including Gaza, Iran, Lebanon, Syria, the Strait of Hormuz, and the war in Ukraine. Roche argues that several events correspond to predictions he has been following.
• Roche describes a complex system involving multiple calendars and timelines, including Hebrew, Western, Chinese, Zoroastrian, and other chronological systems. He says these timelines converge around the present period.
• One of his most dramatic predictions is a “12-minute war” that he believes could produce enormous global shock and potentially lead people to accept a powerful figure promising worldwide peace.
• He also discusses predictions involving Moscow and Russia, including the destruction of major buildings and the possibility of a devastating nuclear conflict. He says Russia is viewed within this belief system as the last major centre of Christianity.
• Finally, Roche connects his interpretation to Nicholas von Rensburg's World War III prophecies, telling Brian that he believes current events are beginning to resemble von Rensburg's predictions.
