School Walkout/Community Impact - Fight for whats right! (USA)
On March 18, 2018 students and teachers will stage a walkout in protest regarding the most recent tragic school shooting in Parkland, Florida. But the protest will not be limited to teachers and students alone. Anyone can AND SHOULD participate in this cause. But why not earn a day's labor while doing so?
Summary and Scope:
Our group, One Common Culture (OCC), is excited to be able to offer this opportunity to anyone willing to make history. This opening is a one day gig and applicants must not have any legal restrictions that would prevent them from entering school property.
The gig requires that applicant must be able to stand for 17 minutes and hold a lightweight cardboard sign. Signs and banners will be provided either by OCC or an affiliate group. Applicant need only bring themselves to the target location. This is NOT an all day protest but you will be paid for a FULL day of labor.
