I was listening to a Juan O'Savin interview with that Tom Numbers guy and he was talking about how the elite are always using the number 19.47 or rounding it out to 19.5. So I decide to check what 19.47% of a year was and it's 71 days. That was the time between China alerting the WHO that they had coronavirus on 12/31/19 and the WHO declaring a pandemic on 3/11/2020 at exactly 2:00 AM in the morning EST it turned 19.47%
I told have the exact times. China is 13 hours ahead of us. Tedros made the announcement in the afternoon here in NYC. I have a feeling this will match up even to the times but I don't have the times they called each other. It's close enough though to say they used this 19.47 number to schedule the announcement to.
From 12/31/19 to 3/11/20 = 19.47% of a year...

Tedros made his announcement declaring coronavirus a pandemic in the afternoon. It is possible that they timed this so it would be exactly 19.47 % percent of a year? It lands on the right day but is it timed to the hour too?

If I had the exact time of the commumication between the WHO and China on 12/31/2019 I would be able to get it close because Tedros made the pandemic announcement in the afternoon on 3/11/2020 but I don't know what time yet. I wouldn't be surprised to see they made it fit exactly between China and NY time zones. China is 13 hours ahead of NYC. Either way if they're using 19.47 and 19.5 and 19 rounded out it fits.
