Baldred Bisset is credited with being the first to connect the Stone of Scone with the Scota foundation legends in his 1301 work Processus, putting forward an argument that Scotland, not Ireland, was where the original Scota homeland lay.^[9]

Bisset wanted to legitimize a Scottish (as opposed to English) accession to the throne when Alexander III of Scotland died in 1286. At his coronation in 1249, Alexander himself heard his royal genealogy recited generations back to Scota. Bisset attempted to legitimize a Scottish accession by highlighting Scota's importance as the transporter of the Stone of Scone from Ancient Egypt, during the Exodus of Moses, to Scotland. In 1296, the Stone was captured by Edward I of England and taken to Westminster Abbey. In 1323, Robert the Bruce used Bisset's legend connecting Scota to the Stone in an attempt to return it to Scone Abbey in Scotland.^[10]

We are preparing a delicious and creamy soup with cauliflower, leeks, and cheddar cheese. This tasty soup mixes soft cauliflower, leeks, carrots, and celery with a creamy cheese sauce, making a delicious and comforting meal. It's a perfect meal for a relaxing evening at home or to make a good impression on your visitors. Let's begin!

Time to cook: 20-25 minutes

1 average-sized cauliflower, separated into small pieces

1 carrot, grated

1/4 cup of diced celery

1 medium leek, washed and cut into pieces.

Two and a half cups of water

2 teaspoons of chicken bouillon or 1 vegetable bouillon cube

3 tablespoons of butter

3 tablespoons of regular flour

3/4 of a teaspoon of salt

1/8 of a teaspoon of pepper

2 cups of low-fat milk

1 cup of grated cheddar cheese

1/2 to 1 teaspoon of spicy sauce (if desired)

Instructions:

Get the vegetables ready.

Cut and prepare the leek, making sure to get rid of any dirt.

In a large pot, mix together the cauliflower pieces, grated carrot, chopped celery, chopped leek, water, and bouillon. Heat the mixture until it boils

Lower the temperature, put a lid on the pot, and let it cook gently for 12-15 minutes, or until the vegetables are soft. Do not empty.

Make the cheese sauce.

In a big pot, melt the butter on medium heat.

Mix the flour, salt, and pepper until the mixture is even.

Slowly pour the milk while stirring continuously.

Heat the mixture until it boils, cook and stir for around 2 minutes or until it thickens.

Lower the temperature and mix in the grated cheddar cheese until it melts. If you want, you can add some spicy sauce.

Mix the cheese sauce with the cauliflower and leek mixture in the large pot.

Warm the soup slowly, stirring from time to time, until it is thoroughly mixed and heated.

Put the soup in bowls and serve it while it's hot.

The mere presence of these items at a political rally should have triggered felony charges under California law, but Miller now walks free with a slap on the wrist. Given the circumstances, this isn’t just a minor infraction; it is a serious breach of security that could have had deadly consequences.

In California, Miller could have been charged with multiple felonies, including Unlawful Possession of a Loaded Firearm in Public under California Penal Code § 25850, Possession of a Large-Capacity Magazine under Penal Code § 30600, Forgery for possessing fake passports and IDs under Penal Code § 470 and Driving with a Fake or Stolen License Plate, which can also be charged as a felony under California’s laws related to vehicle registration fraud. Additionally, Impersonating the Press to Gain Access to a Secured Event and Attempted Criminal Entry with Weapons are actions that could warrant federal charges for conspiracy and potential threats to national security.

The fact that none of these more serious charges were brought against Miller begs the question: Is this undercharging due to pressure from federal authorities, or is there a broader systemic issue at play?

Even more concerning is the fact that federal authorities, including the Secret Service, have downplayed the incident, insisting that there was no threat to President Trump. This contradiction between local and federal law enforcement is baffling. If a county sheriff is stating that a third assassination attempt on Trump was likely prevented, why hasn’t the federal government taken more decisive action to charge Miller appropriately?

This case sets a dangerous precedent. When a suspect caught with weapons and fake IDs at a political rally walks away with a minor misdemeanor, it sends the message that serious security threats won’t be treated with the severity they deserve. Californians and all Americans should be asking why this suspect wasn’t charged to the fullest extent of the law. Failure to pursue stronger charges undermines public trust and endangers future events.

Why would a Trump supporter attempt to gain access to a secure event with fake passports, fake license plates, fake press credentials, and loaded firearms? The only logical conclusion is that the individual is either mentally unstable or has a deliberate intent to cause harm. The combination of falsified documents and illegal weapons at a high-security rally is a glaring red flag that demands a full investigation into his motives. Furthermore, it calls for more appropriate criminal charges—the kind any other individual in a similar situation would face.
