Ἀντιόχεια, Ἀντιοχείας, ἡ, Antioch, the name (derived from various monarchs) of several Asiatic cities, two of which are mentioned in the N. T.;
1. The most celebrated of all, and the capital of Syria, was situated on the river Orontes, founded by Seleucus I (sometimes (cf. Suidas under the word Σέλευκος, col. 3277 b., Gaisf. edition) called) Nicanor (elsewhere (cf. id. col. 2137 b. under the word Κολασσαεύς) son of Nicanor; but commonly Nicator (cf. Appian de rebus Syr., § 57; Spanh. de numis. diss. vii., § 3, vol. i., p. 413)), and named in honor of his father Antiochus. Many ἑλληνισται, Greek-Jews, lived in it; and there those who professed the name of Christ were first called Christians: Acts 11:19ff; ff; Galatians 2:11; cf. Reuss in Schenkel 1:141f; (BB. DD. under the word; Conyb. and Howson, St. Paul, 1:121-126; also the latter in the Diet. of Geogr. under the word; Renan, Les Apotres, chapter xii.).

.
Antioch on the Orontes (/ˈænti.ɒk/; Ancient Greek: Ἀντιόχεια ἡ ἐπὶ Ὀρόντου, romanized: Antiókheia hē epì Oróntou, pronounced [anti.ó.kʰeː.a])[note 1] was a Hellenistic Greek city[1][2] founded by Seleucus I Nicator in 300 BC.[3] It was one of the greatest and most important Greek cities of the Hellenistic period.[2] The city served as the capital of the Seleucid Empire and later as regional capital to both the Roman and Byzantine Empire. During the Crusades, Antioch served as the capital of the Principality of Antioch, one of four Crusader states that were founded in the Levant. Its inhabitants were known as Antiochenes. The modern city of Antakya, in Hatay Province of Turkey, was named after the ancient city, which lies in ruins on the Orontes River and did not overlap in habitation with the modern city.

600. apokathistémi 600
Strong's Concordance
apokathistémi: to restore, give back
Usage: I set up again, restore to its original position or condition; hence: I restore, give back.
600 apokathístēmi (from 570 /apistía, "separated from" and 2525 /kathístēmi, "have a definite standing") – properly, restore back to original standing, i.e. that existed before a fall; re-establish, returning back to the (ultimate) ideal; (figuratively) restore back to full freedom (the liberty of the original standing); to enjoy again, i.e. what was taken away by a destructive or life-dominating power.

600/apokathistēmi ("reestablish") emphasizes separation from the former, negative influence to enjoy what is forward (the restoration).
