You know because we have seen a lot of connections to SF and 8/11 it's probably because San Francisco is the one of the most Catholic cities in America. Three big events happened in the Catholic church in the last 50 years that might be dates they're counting from. One is the changing of the words in the mass, that was a really big deal.
The document was dated 7 July 2007 and carried an effective date of 14 September 2007. Pope Benedict released an explanatory letter at the same time.
