John Poindexter, the owner of the ranch, provided more bait for speculation with an awkward description of how Scalia was found: “We discovered the judge in bed, a pillow over his head. His bed clothes were unwrinkled.”

Presidio County Judge Cinderella Guevara said that there had been “no foul play,” according to the Washington Post–but she had “pronounced Scalia dead of natural causes without seeing the body — which is permissible under Texas law — and without ordering an autopsy.” It had taken “hours” for authorities to find the judge at all."

WASHINGTON, DC – Presidio County, City of Presidio, and Ojinaga, Chihuahua, Mexico officials were in Washington, D.C. last week, advocating on behalf of the Presidio-Ojinaga International Bridge expansion project. 

The Far West Texas and northern Mexico delegation included Presidio County Judge Cinderela Guevara, Presidio County Commissioner Jim White, Presidio Mayor John Ferguson, Ojinaga Mayor Miguel Antonio Carrion Rohana and County Project Coordinator Jake Giesbrecht. All are members of the newly created Presidio port authority.

Over two days, the group visited with Texas U.S. Senator John Cornyn, Far West Texas Congressman Will Hurd, and Texas Lower Valley U.S. Congressman Henry Cuellar. During these meetings, the members of Congress learned about the progress being made on the international bridge expansion project and about the newly formed Presidio International Port Authority (PIPA).

“It was a productive trip to update and ask for assistance from Senator Cornyn and Congressmen Hurd and Cuellar,” said Guevara. “They were all receptive and offered their assistance to help us get our project across the goal line.”

In 1966, John received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, with Honors, from the University of Arkansas. Subsequently, New York University conferred on him a Master’s degree in Business Administration in 1971 and a Ph.D. in Economics and Finance in 1976. He taught economics and finance as an Adjunct Associate Professor at Long Island University while completing his doctoral dissertation at New York University.

Following his undergraduate education, John volunteered for the U.S. Army and for Officer Candidate School. After serving as President of his OCS class and of the Student Brigade at Fort Knox, he was commissioned as a Second Lieutenant in armor. John’s first assignment was with the 3rd Armored Cavalry Regiment in Germany, where he was promoted to the command of L Troop. After airborne and ranger training, he volunteered for service in the Republic of South Vietnam where he was assigned to the 11th Armored Cavalry Regiment. John commanded Headquarters Troop and Alpha Troop, 1st Squadron, successively, in 1969 and 1970. In addition to two Purple Hearts, John was awarded a Silver Star, the Soldier’s Medal, two Bronze Stars, the Vietnamese Cross of Gallantry with Silver Star, and several other decorations.

In 2009, the Presidential Unit Citation was conferred on John’s Vietnam command of four decades earlier, Alpha Troop, 11th Armored Cavalry Regiment. The nation’s highest decoration for a combat unit was awarded to Alpha Troop for the “truly extraordinary” rescue “against all odds” of an American infantry company that was facing certain annihilation. The granting of the decoration was commemorated in a nationally televised ceremony in the Rose Garden of the White House presided over by President Barack Obama. John led the 200-man relief force, the principal element of which was Alpha Troop, which effectuated the rescue mission. A nationally released hardcover entitled Blackhorse Riders, in which John is the principal protagonist, describes the rescue mission and the White House Ceremony.

Hillary Clinton campaign chairman John Podesta used a term known to reference assassination in an email sent to a lobbyist days before Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia’s mysterious death.

The term “wetwork” typically refers to murder or assassination, however as one former NSA analyst points out, it’s usually spelled as one word.

When Guevara Ruled a Young Woman’s Death as a Suicide in 2013, Her Decision Was Very Controversial 

This isn’t the first time Guevara has been the source of controversy. In 2013, Melaney Parker Rayburn was found dead after being hit by a train in Marfa, Texas. She had just been married a few months earlier. Liz Parker, Melaney’s mom, questioned how Guevara handled the investigation of her daughter’s death, The Daily Kos reported. Melaney was hit by a Union Pacific Railroad train and, Liz wrote, a Union Pacific representative told her that it appeared that her body had been placed on the tracks while she was unconscious. Liz asked the Justice of the Peace and the Sheriff to open the case as a homicide investigation, but they would not. Guevara, who was a Justice of the Peace at the time, did not order a rape kit or an autopsy, Liz wrote, because a doctor at the scene said the cause of death was obvious.

Liz later wrote a letter to the editor, published in Big Bend Now, in which she said that Guevara had asked for God to give her an answer about whether Melaney’s death was suicide. Liz wrote that Guevara told her: “Yes, this was a tragedy, but the true tragedy was that she died without accepting Jesus Christ as her savior.”

CIA Honeytrap set - Kavanaugh accuser CIA ties

Global Intel Hub (Zero Hedge Exclusive) -- 9/23/2018 -- A Supreme Court Judge Brett Kavanaugh is tied up in a controversy that can prevent him from being elected to the Supreme Court for life.  As we explain in our book Splitting Pennies and Splitting Bits, the world is not as it seems.

All of the other witnesses have come forward and stated they have no recollection of the event, and have taken a step further to say that Brett Kavanaugh is an honest, ethical, and respectable individual:

Everyone at the party has said they have no idea what Christine Blasey Ford is talking about, even her longtime friend Leland Ingham Keyser! Also potentially damaging to Blasey Ford's claim is a theory presented Thursday by Ed Whelan,  a former clerk to USSC Justice Antonin Scalia and currently president of the Ethics and Public Policy Center (EPPC), a conservative think tank. Using entirely circumstantial evidence which could certainly ruin the life of the man at the center of the new theory, Whelan suggested that Kavanaugh's high school doppelgänger, Chris Garrett, may have in fact been responsible for Blasey Ford's recollection of the alleged incident.

Before we dig deeper let's understand deep state forces a bit better.  The CIA, et. al (this means in latin 'and friends') utilize a number of techniques to achieve their goals, 'whatever works.'

If a man attacks a woman or a woman attacks a man, or a man attacks a man (we have to be PC here, unbiased - right?) or an animal attacks a man, or a man attacks an animal, or an alien attacks a man or a woman or an animal - it's not right.  We are not by any means saying that it's "OK" for anyone to abuse anyone, verbally, emotionally, physically, indirectly.  But let's stop right there - what actually happened here?  Something that cannot be verified, into he said she said insanity.  Was there any injury?  If it was such a 'crime' why wasn't it reported at the time, when the memory was fresh?  Why was there not other similar incidents?  (If you do the research, when people have real problems it usually manifests itself again and again.)

After seeing the CIA in action against information heroes like Julian Assange, we created a simple hypothesis based on history, based on their traditional Modus Operandi (MO).  What if this 'incident' was a total fabrication, part of a CIA "Honeytrap" ?  To test our hypothesis, we did a simple Google search to see if there were any keyword relations including 'clintons' and 'cia' and sure enough, all 10 of the top 10 results, including the most interesting story which has already been reported.  This person's father works for the CIA but not only that - he was an executive of the bank that handles the CIA's black budget!  You can't make this stuff up!

The importance of noting the CIA banking connections of Ralph G. Blasey Jr., this report explains, is due to the outbreak of what is now known as the “CIA Bank War”—and whose start of, in 1982, a CIA seized from publication news report (Declassified in Part-Sanitized Copy Approved for Release 2012/09/05: CIA-RDP90-00965R00150010-7) describes as: “This is Wall Street, the center of the international banking system, a system on the edge of a crisis so severe that the Central Intelligence Agency is preparing drastic measures.  Something must be done to avert the breakdown of the Free World’s monetary system.”

The article also states that Blasey JR. is still a Vice President for a security guard corporation that provides protection to Deep state entities. The article elaborates:

Whether or not this is 100% accurate cannot be said, but it does give some insight on potential motivations on why Ford decided to come out now, instead of earlier.  It is also important to note that Blasey Jr. did, in fact, know of a reaarcher while at the CIA, Stanford University Psychiatric Professor Dr. Frederick T. Melges, who helped craft the highly publicized and widely controversial MKUltra Program. Christine, to reiterate, is a professor at the same university working in psychotherapy, espeically the affects of psychotropic drugs on children.

Trump Nominates Judge Neil Gorsuch to Supreme Court

WASHINGTON — President Donald Trump nominated Judge Neil Gorsuch on Tuesday evening to fill the seat on the U.S. Supreme Court left open by the sudden death of Justice Antonin Scalia in February 2016.

President George W. Bush appointed Gorsuch to the federal bench in 2006, after he worked in the Bush administration for two years as a deputy associate attorney general at the U.S. Department of Justice. Gorsuch currently serves as a judge on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit, which has jurisdiction over Wyoming, Kansas, Oklahoma, Utah, New Mexico, and his native Colorado.

Gorsuch is considered one of the most intellectual jurists on the federal bench, evinced by his gilded pedigree. He received his undergraduate degree from Columbia University in 1988 and graduated from Harvard Law School in 1991. Later in his career, he earned a Ph.D. from Oxford University in 2004. He would be the first Supreme Court justice in decades to hold a doctoral degree.

He’s had a picture-perfect legal career. He served as a law clerk for Judge David Sentelle on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit, then clerked for both Justice Byron White and later Justice Anthony Kennedy on the U.S. Supreme Court. He went on to a very successful career in the private sector before joining the Bush Justice Department in 2005.

The media puts out fake polls for months ahead of the election, then these corporate pollsters will release fake exit polling data, the media will then declare Hillary the winner! Trump will sue but lose because Scalia is conveniently dead! The Supreme Court will pick the winner just like 2000 but this time it will be a Clinton instead of a Bush! After that? Well... the storm breaks loose!

Rob Farbman is Edison Research’s Senior Vice President.  He is responsible for day-to-day management of research operations at Edison.  One area of focus for Farbman is directing Edison’s work for the National Election Pool providing election polling to ABC News, CBS News, CNN, Fox News, NBC News and the Associated Press.
 Farbman manages Edison’s work in the Middle East and Africa, including research for U.S. Government broadcasting ventures: Radio Sawa, Radio Farda, and the Voice of America Africa Service.  Farbman directs many of Edison’s high profile public opinion surveys including the Marketplace-Edison Research Poll, the Univision Hispanic Tracking Survey, and projects for the Gates Foundation. Prior to joining Edison Research, Farbman was Director of Mitofsky International, a public opinion research company. Farbman has also served as Manager of Operations for Voter Research & Surveys and in research positions at CBS News and for the television syndication company King World Productions.
Farbman is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts. He is a member of the Marketing Research Association and has served multiple times on the Executive Council of the New York Chapter of the American Association for Public Opinion Research.

Sean Ross is Edison Research’s Vice President of Music and Programming. A longtime journalist covering the radio industry for Billboard, R&R and others, Ross joined Edison in 2003. He is an acknowledged industry expert on the music and format landscape—market strategy, the evolution of formats, and the evolution of radio programming in a world of audio choices.

Randy Brown is a Director at Edison Research, and has been with the company since 2006. He oversees all aspects of data processing, tabulation and quality assurance for clients across the globe. Randy plays a key role in Edison’s work for the National Election Pool. For the NEP, Randy serves on the survey committee and helps design all exit poll questionnaires used throughout the country on Election Day. Mary Meyn is a Director of Research for Edison Research, and has been with the company since 2006.  Mary primarily works on Edison’s custom research, and has worked with all modes of data collection including telephone, online, in-person and by-mail.  In particular, Mary was instrumental in developing the methodology for the Share of Ear study, a national study of audio listening, which is conducted quarterly.
