It started in Texas! They are setting the grid up for the ultimate failure! I just got power back after almost 2 days an hour ago. Last night not so bad but that 1st night was rough! This all relates to agenda 21- ending public services out of inner city core. That's why Houston downtown left on and everything outside shut off in that viral photo going around. Also China has new weather mod system reported on a month or so ago by MSM. Mark Esper stated publicly in Jan that China and Russia are now using directed energy weapons against the US. HAARP is older- next gen weather mod us pulsed laser to produce lightening to ionize air. Pasadena TX and other places this week in this storm reported thunder snow which is quite rare. Guessing weather wars here to stay :-/
