For the last two months, we've been wardriving antifa rioters, letting them associate with mobile honeypots to access internet, so we could look at their traffic.

So what is this? Someone has been sending spies into antifa riots in Portland Oregon with phones that are collecting data from the other phones. Honeypot phones. What a brilliant idea.
