Tishabav 2019 #44 #45

I think I figured out why Trump is either the 44th President of the 45th President depending on how you count.  I think they were thinking far ahead to Tishabav 2019 because the Torah portion Tishabav usually falls on is 44 but this year it's delayed a day because it fell on the Sabbath so it falls on the first day of the
45th week of Torah portion . That's probably why the Mayor of San Francisco turns 45 the same day the Torah portion reading turns 45.  Because Tishbav falls on the Sabbath this year it's also a special Sabbath.

It is also referred to as the Black Sabbath due to its status as the saddest Shabbat of the year (as opposed to the White Sabbath, Shabbat Shuvah, immediately precededing Yom Kippur).
